Location was great: easy to see and find off the freeway; right next door to an Arby's. Parking lot and surrounding very run-down looking. Entrance into the lobby makes it look like you're in some kind of dangerous neighborhood in a big violent city what with the glassed night window the first thing you see. Room was basic and clean. The lighting was HIDEOUS! The room needs some lamps!!! Or at least some much more pleasant soft light bulbs. Felt uncomfortable industrial. DID NOT APPRECIATE the late night pet growls of our neighbors' German Shepherds. Will really reconsider staying at a place that allows pets. Maybe they charge a fee in case of damage, but an extra fee does NOTHING for the peace and quiet robbed from the rest of us!
This was a very quick decision and monetary amounts were critical. I am not used to staying at Motel 6, but I must admit it was a very good choice for us. Economical, clean, quiet, very accommodating staff. We will definitely be keeping this as one of our go to stay places.
It was my mother who actually stayed in the room. She said it was a very nice room and had no complaints about her stay. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant when we checked my mom in. Thank you for taking care of her!
I'm not usually one to be so negative, but I wanted to share this with you so you don't have to experience it. From the pictures we looked at online, the motel looked beautiful and new. The marketing person did a great job on the photos, but the house keepers didn't keep up their end of the bargain. The bathroom was filthy, the tub looked like it had not been cleaned in a while, the tub is full of soap scum stains. The sink still has crud in it from the last people who stayed in the room. I will know next time to spend the extra money and stay at a more reputable place. Sorry motel 6 I thought I would give you a try, but this will be the last time we stay with you.
This is a comfortable Motel 6 with modern, updated decor and bath. Beds were good. My only complaint is that windows don’t open so I️ couldn’t air out the smells of cleaning supplies.
