The Representative had the door locked during business hours. Answered the door in her pajamas (this was on a Monday morning at 9am) Showed me into her "office" which was very messy and unprofessional. Proceeded to have me sign numerous documents without explaining them to me. I was asked to sign an approval that there was no damage to the truck without being given the option to even look at the truck that I was going to be renting. Also I had to move around Christmas time so when I returned the truck I dropped it off after business hours and apparently a "u haul Representative" is going to validate that there is no damage to the truck. So, for all I know I am going to be charged for damage to the truck according to a bais person. I will not return to the company or the wheat land site for any reason. I highy recommend using another moving company.
