The food is great but the place could use a serious deep cleaning and minor repairs. There were buckets collecting water drops from the ceiling in the way of the order line. Our orders were correct but took a long time to prepare. Drive thru customers waited at least 10 minutes for their orders. We waited 10-15 for a to go order from inside.
Taking my 30 minute break here as a driver. Its been 20 minutes and still waiting for food. Love the Sinclair truck stop itself but man its takes forever to get your food
It was VERY busy because we came right after the total eclipse in Wyoming, but the staff was as quick as possible and the man taking orders was very calm, competent, and smiling, and gave us great directions to where we wanted to go.
Well, my family and I are traveling so we decided to stop here going through the drive through which you assume is quicker. If the review says a person typically spends 30 minutes here, I think that a large portion of that is waiting. Not fast food here.
